The Nets and Raptors have agreed on a deal that will send Spencer Dinwiddie to Toronto for Dennis Schroder and Thad Young, the team confirmed Thursday.

Schroder, 30, is averaging 13.7 points and 6.1 assists per game for the Raptors this season. He's a durable guard -- playing in all 51 games -- and has been on some winning teams, including last season's Lakers team that made it to the Western Conference Finals.

The German guard has one more year on his contract after this season.

Young, 35, is a forward who is averaging five points and 3.3 rebounds per game while averaging 15.2 minutes on the court. He's in the final year of his contract. According to reports, Brooklyn will waive Young.

Dinwiddie is averaging 12.6 points and six assists per game for Brooklyn this season. The 30-year-old made his way to the Nets in the Kyrie Irving deal with the Mavericks at last year's trade deadline.

The veteran guard is in the final year of his contract and will become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the regular season.
